Welcome to the Socio-Informatics 212 Information Systems Development Wiki
Information systems have become ubiquitous in our everyday lives, and in such doing, a multi-faceted approach is needed to ensure successful development of modern information systems. It is essential to the modern organization as a method to gather information on customers, suppliers, products and so on. The environment in which information systems are built is becoming increasingly complex and dynamic – and these environmental factors could be applied to many uses of information systems, including the digital economy and e-commerce.
Socio-Informatics 212 is a second year course offered by Stellenbosch University's Department of Information Science.

Think of this wiki as online whiteboard. The object of this wiki is to act as a platform where all of you can discuss the work not handled explicitly in class, but which is still of importance for the upcoming tests and exam. Everybody in your class can share information via this wiki. Play around with this wiki: Try creating a new page, editing content or leaving a few comments.
Note: To navigate the wiki, use the sidebar link to the top right.
Need some place to practice your wiki skills? Go mess around in the SandBox.

I think you should add a Sandbox to the front page so people can play around in there

Done, though you or anybody else with the pw could've done the same. You don't need to do the whole request-then-wait thing. Don't be afraid to do things with this wiki.
